Typical configuration
- Guard: any Fail answer requires a photo attachment and blocks the unit — asset record state flips to Tagged-out.
- Effect: Fail answer auto-opens a Work Order (via the Assets / Work-orders module) linked to the asset.
- Cron: 06:00 local — flag forklifts with no pre-op logged for today.
- Data residency: photos stored in the tenant's chosen region bucket; no cross-region replication.
