Once we are on your shortlist, we introduce you to one non-competing customer in your industry. 30-minute call, your agenda, our customer drives.
Before signature, a second reference covering a different pain point (e.g., one on implementation, one on ongoing support + platform direction).
Your own team becomes eligible for the reference program after 6 months of production use. Participation is always opt-in — we never surface references without consent.
Toggle the reference flag in your CSM portal or email your CSM. Turn it off any time — the change is instant.
Specify topics you will discuss, industries you will speak to, and whether you are open to competitor prospects. We never forward requests that fall outside your scope.
Each reference call credits your tenant $500 toward your next invoice (or a charitable donation). Marketing features (logo, case study) earn additional credits on opt-in.
Every 12 months we ask customers to re-confirm opt-in; no automatic re-enrolment. Transparency is non-negotiable.
