Our story
QEHS was founded in 2026 by operators who spent two decades building enterprise QEHS software for Tier-1 manufacturers, utilities, and offshore operators. The same frustrations recurred across every deployment — rigid data models that forced custom code for every programme variant, slow enterprise release cycles, and the certainty that the next audit would find evidence gaps the platform should have prevented.
We started from a simple premise: QEHS programmes are composed of the same primitives — forms, workflows, records, evidence, effects — and the tenant should be able to assemble those primitives without a release. Everything the Composer lets you do was a six-month project in the platforms we used before.
Today we run headquartered in Chicago with a small, global team and a bias toward shipping. The product is full, not MVP. Our customers ship full programmes — Quality, EHS, Environment, Risk, Asset, OpEx — on one tenant, with one SSO, on one audit trail.
