Integrations

Integrations that look like first-class features, not after-thoughts.

SSO, SCIM, webhooks, OpenAPI, SIEM forwarding, MES + ERP connectors, and an SDK in every language your team writes.

No platform is an island. We ship integrations the way an enterprise IT team expects — standards-based, auditable, and idempotent — so the QEHS data layer fits your existing stack without a bespoke ETL project.

SAML + OIDC

Plus SCIM provisioning on every Enterprise plan

OpenAPI 3.1

Generated SDKs in TypeScript, Python, Go

HMAC

Signed webhooks with idempotency + replay

Identity: SSO + SCIM

Single sign-on and automatic provisioning for every Enterprise directory.

  • SAML 2.0 + OIDC (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Auth0, generic)
  • SCIM 2.0 provisioning for users + groups
  • Just-in-time provisioning with attribute-driven role mapping
  • Step-up MFA on high-risk transitions (WebAuthn, TOTP, SMS)

Events: webhooks + SIEM

Push every meaningful event out to your downstream systems.

  • HMAC-signed webhooks with idempotency keys + replay
  • SIEM forwarding (Splunk, Datadog, Sumo, Elastic) for audit log
  • Retry semantics with exponential back-off and DLQ
  • Webhook catalogue + signature verification docs

APIs and SDKs

Every surface the UI uses is available via the API.

  • OpenAPI 3.1 spec with cursor pagination + error codes
  • SDKs for TypeScript, Python, Go — generated, versioned
  • Sandbox tenant self-provision with scoped tokens
  • Rate limits + idempotency keys on every mutation

Connector catalogue

Pre-built connectors for the systems QEHS programs actually meet.

  • MES / ERP — SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Infor
  • HRIS — Workday, BambooHR, SuccessFactors, ADP
  • Ticketing + chat — Jira, ServiceNow, Slack, Teams
  • Storage + docs — S3, Azure Blob, Google Drive, SharePoint
  • IoT + SCADA ingestion (Enterprise) with tenant-scoped transforms
Enterprise IT checks the boxes it always checks — SSO, SCIM, SIEM, API, audit — before procurement even introduces the business sponsor. We ship the table stakes so the conversation can move to the programs.

Integrations FAQ

Which single sign-on protocols does QEHS Ethos support?

SAML 2.0 and OIDC are supported out of the box, with pre-built integrations for Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Auth0, and any generic provider. SCIM 2.0 provisioning for users and groups ships on every Enterprise plan, with just-in-time provisioning and attribute-driven role mapping.

Can QEHS Ethos send audit events to our SIEM?

Yes. HMAC-signed webhooks with idempotency keys and replay push every meaningful event to downstream systems. SIEM forwarding supports Splunk, Datadog, Sumo Logic, and Elastic, with retry semantics, exponential back-off, and a dead-letter queue.

Are there pre-built connectors for ERP and HRIS systems?

Yes. The connector catalogue covers MES and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Infor), HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, SuccessFactors, ADP), ticketing and chat tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Slack, Teams), and storage and docs (S3, Azure Blob, Google Drive, SharePoint). IoT and SCADA ingestion is available on Enterprise.
