A QEHS management system integrates the three management-system standards — ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety — into one platform on one tenant, rather than three siloed systems that each hold their own locations, users, and audit trail. The integration is not a marketing layer over three databases; it is one data model where a location, a person, an audit, and a corrective action each carry their quality, environmental, and safety dimensions on the same record. ISO calls the shared structure the high-level structure (Annex SL), and the common clauses — context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, improvement — are why a single platform can hold all three without forcing the workflow of one domain into another.

The value of the integration is that the same discipline runs across the three programs.
